Award Program Overview
From 5 February – 17 March 2026, professionals were invited to nominate individuals who truly embody what it means to be a Global Payroll Titan.

To be eligible, nominees must:

  • Be actively working in the global payroll industry
  • Have a minimum of three years of payroll processing experience

All eligible nominees will advance to two evaluation stages:

  • A public People's Choice voting period
  • An anonymous peer review conducted by a panel of experienced global payroll professionals

The Global Payroll Titan Award recipient was announced during Global Payroll Week,  27 April – 1 May 2026.

The winner will receive:

  • Complimentary education from PayrollOrg
  • A special citation recognizing their achievement
  • A digital badge to display on LinkedIn and in their email signature
