Contest Entry Submission Instructions
Before You Submit:
- You may upload multiple files related to your contest entry.
- Name your files using the following format:
[Contest Name] - [Chapter Name] - [File Number]
This ensures we can track and confirm receipt of all files.
Example: Chapter of the Year 2024 - Atlanta Chapter 1 of 3
How to Upload Your File(s):
1. Open the Chapter Relations SharePoint:

2. Drag and drop your file(s) onto the upload screen or click the "Upload" button to select files from your computer.

3. After each upload, verify that the file appears in the folder. Please note that the file will disappear from view after it has been processed.

4. Repeat the process for all additional files.
5. Once all files are successfully uploaded, you can close the browser screen.
Confirmation:
Please email PayrollOrg's Chapter Relations Department at ChapterRelations@payroll.org to confirm that your submission has been received.
