All chapter events must first be registered with Chapter Relations before requesting a speaker or approval of RCHs. Chapter events also must adhere to the guidelines and policies listed in the Local Chapter Guide.
To register your event, complete the online registration form at least 90 days before your event.
Completing the form. Complete all required fields. For virtual events, enter "Virtual" in the Hotel/Venue field.
Important Reminder: If your chapter has invited an NSB speaker to present at a conference and the speaker has agreed, the online Speaker Request form must be completed. See the "Request a Speaker" section below.

Request a Speaker
If you need a speaker, you can invite a national representative from PayrollOrg to speak at your event. If your chapter has already secured a national representative to speak, the Speaker Request form is still required to ensure the speaker receives proper credit. Speaker Request forms must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the chapter event.

One benefit often provided by chapters is recertification credit hours (RCHs) for FPC and CPP members.
