Program Overview

The Chapter Leadership Summit (CLS) is a FREE biennial event for Chapter Leaders to provide the tools and guidance they need to maintain a successful local chapter. This event includes networking, chapter management training, and leadership-building opportunities.

Chapter Leaders will have one full day to network, lead, and motivate each other. The conference will provide educational sessions for specialized training in various topics such as fiscal responsibilities, general chapter operations and social media from our hand selected guest speakers.

We're excited to share that CLS has been moved to take place before Congress! If you're attending Congress, this makes it easier than ever to join both events with one trip, reducing travel time and expenses for you to participate in both events!

Who Can Attend

Chapter Leaders and Aspiring Chapter Leaders* who are also PayrollOrg members, are eligible to attend this FREE event.

Registration Deadline

From now until March 13, 2026, only three Chapter Leaders or Aspiring Chapter Leaders* per chapter are eligible for registration on a first come, first served basis.

If more than three leaders from your chapter wish to attend, please register the first three attendees now and email ChapterRelations@payroll.org to place additional names on our wait list. Wait list requests will be fulfilled in the order received and confirmed no later than March 20, 2026.

All registrants must be PayrollOrg members in good standing. Meet with your Chapter Leaders to decide who the lucky attendees will be!

*Chapter leaders must complete this application if you wish to nominate an aspiring (or future) chapter leader. The nominee must be a PayrollOrg member in good standing. Chapter or Nominee is responsible for all travel-related expenses incurred in conjunction with attending an in-person event.
